I am a married father of two and live in Carmel Valley. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest outside of Seattle and have lived in San Diego for close to two decades. I started my career in finance and I am fascinated by all kinds of business and industries. I am extremely passionate about the staffing industry and thrilled with the technological advancements made within our space. I enjoy snowboarding, golf and all things exercise.

My grandfather was at one time the oldest man to finish the Iditarod, I believe he was on the trail for over 25 days. It’s amazing and inspiring to me what resilience and a goal will do for you.
“To the world you may be just one person, but to one person, you may be the world.”
I come from a family of entrepreneurs and from a very young age I had a strong desire to run my own company. I started my career in accounting which provided a great foundation prior to launching Transition Staffing Group. I love this industry and after 15 years, I remain extremely passionate about our influence.
Outside of the office I love working out, going to the beach, snowboarding and spending time with my husband, daughter and son. And as an original Bostonian, I think you can probably guess…I love clam chowder.
I was born 20 minutes north of downtown Boston and I am passionate about all of my Boston sports teams. Go Patriots!

I grew up as a competitive cheerleader, I can still tumble and do a round off back handspring – even at my age.
“If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”
I’m first and foremost a family guy. Aside from that I am competitive, sarcastic, I enjoy any sport, cooking, woodworking, drawing and spending time with my family. I’m very involved in my church (spending around 20 hours per week visiting members, working with our youth, speaking/teaching assignments and participating in various leadership meetings)
Born in New Orleans and raised in Germany from age 2-14 (Stuttgart, New Isenburg and Gravenbruch). Then moved to Lancaster and Quartz Hill for High School, moved to Seattle to attend University of Washington. I then moved to Los Angeles, Glendale, Studio City, Campo and finally settled in La Mesa. This is were I will end my mortal existence.

I would prefer to speak in front of 50,000 people than in a 1-on-1 setting.
“It’s all good, right?” (i.e. there is a silver lining in every situation)
I’m a daughter of immigrant parents (from Mexico) who by example taught me the value of hard work. I truly believe knowledge is power. My goal is to learn something new every day. I am passionate about women in business as well as coaching, developing and mentoring my team. I pride myself on making my clients my top priority. Outside of the office, I enjoy working out, international travel and spending time with family and friends.

I am a wife, mother and Operations Manager extraordinaire. I find great satisfaction in the work I do professionally, and it is all for my family. My greatest joy is spending time with my family, working on home improvements and planning fun get-a-ways.
I was born in San Diego but as a child of a Navy fighter pilot, I moved around a bit in my youth, Texas, New Jersey, Virginia and even a little bit in Greece. I have been back in Southern California since my early teen years.
